I guess the new “run over” includes victims on TOP of the car, rather than just the old-fashioned under it.

Is she the driver of the car, or the person who was run over?
I watched part of the video and the driver is turning around to head back toward the person on the ground, but they cut the video. Did the car then run over the person on the ground?
