Russia has struck a deal with neighbouring Belarus to station tactical nuclear weapons on its territory but will not violate non-proliferation agreements, President Vladimir Putin said on Saturday.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko had long raised the issue of stationing tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, which borders Poland, Putin told state television.
"There is nothing unusual here either: firstly, the United States has been doing this for decades. They have long deployed their tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of their allied countries," he said.
"We agreed that we will do the same - without violating our obligations, I emphasize, without violating our international obligations on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons."

Kinda like NATO’s agreement with Ukraine - we can give every NATO weapon under the sun, train them in NATO countries - but they’re not in NATO. OK, maybe later, but definitely NOT NOW!

They used to have nuclear weapons stored there, and now again.

Russia keeps escalating the situation
it’s like Russia wants to start WWIII
So what exactly has brought us to the brink of WW3 and possible nuclear war anyway? What is our vital interest in seeing that Ukraine recover Crimea and the Donbas that we would risk such confrontation with Russia? Both of those areas have a high concentration of ethnic Russians who prefer to remain connected to Russia anyway so why are we risking everything over this? Are there no other options with which to settle our differences?
Is it because the Western financial system is on the verge of collapsing so our only option is to bully the rest of the world militarily to play by our rules? Rules that benefit ourselves to the detriment of others? Russia & China have said enough and are making their stand and Russia has nukes more or less equivalent to ours. So what is the end game here nuclear war? Who voted for that and who is making these decisions for us? The deep state cabal that stole the election? Enquiring minds would like to know.
