A debate on diversity, equity and inclusion is scheduled to soon take place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
An esteemed panel of scholars will tackle the question: “Should academic DEI programs be abolished?”
One group of individuals who will not be defending DEI at the upcoming event is the phalanx of highly paid diversity, equity and inclusion deans at MIT.

I think the dei deans are afraid of having to justify their positions.

It is not in the nature of the woke army to ever be satiated...

This may be the single most misunderstood position held by the left. They have to shout down and silence opinions different from theirs even in the face of indisputable truth. Discussion isn’t an option.
Probably better than highly paid “Deans”.
“Political correctness”, “woke”, and “DEI” cannot stand the bright light of open debate in the forum of ideas because their views are based on LIES and common sense and reason defeats them every time.
The Left stands on LIES which is why they’ll NEVER win a debate in the forum of ideas with anyone with a modicum of common sense and reason, and is why they and their utterly failed Marxist pro-tyranny ideas are forwarded by FORCE, NOT TRUTH.
On the other hand, freedom and the free market of the voluntary cooperation between buyers and sellers free from government coercion is based on common sense and reason and the truth of God-given individual rights and liberty.

I’m trying to remember who it was who said, “If the facts are on your side, raise the facts. If the law is on your side, raise the law. If neither the facts nor the law are on your side, raise a mob.” The American Left *excels* at raising mobs.
What a waste of money and a source of irritation to MIT faculty and most students.
