recall what China did over the arrest of Huawei CEO Meng Wanzhou to Canada. Canada arrested her at the behest of the USA but never extradited her to the USA. Instead China kidnapped some Canadians and eventually Meng was back in China.

So many ppl on this board are acting like it would be a wonderful thing to arrest Putin. You guys are bordering on stupid imo. A great power does not tolerate their leader being arrested. It’s almost like half the ppl that post here are certain that things would never get out of hand and nuclear weapons be used.

And let’s just flip this question around. What if the “world court” decided to indict an American President and he was taken in custody after a visit abroad? Would we not consider that an act of war?
