I think I'm probably more of an executive guy," DeSantis told "Eric Bolling The Balance." "I think that you want to be able to do things. That's part of the reason I got into this job is because we have action.

"We're able to make things happen, and I think that's probably what I am best suited for."

DeSantis is either buying his own press or he's insultingly stupid. Is he REALLY insinuating Donald Trump doesn't know how to get things done? Really?

And, make things happen? He had zero accomplishments in Congress and as for his Florida record --- he should be thanking his Republican Supreme Court and Republican super-majority in both chambers of his Statehouse. DeSantis has never negotiated a win against ANY opposition. Even he has no idea if he's got what that would take.

DeSantis has not yet entered political middle school, but he's going to make things happen ---- and better than the best President in my lifetime? *Spit*

I thought Ron DeSantis was a good Florida Governor. I liked that he used his excellent baseball skills to go to an Ivy League school. I felt badly that he said he was not really accepted by some of his peers perhaps because was not preppy or maybe because he was a middle class kid living in a country club world.
Now Ron DeSantis sees himself as an executive guy. He is not like Donald Trump, a man who is so concerned and relatable to the working man and woman. I know which person I would choose.

Good comment, Right_in_Virginia.

My biggest issue with Governor DeSantis is that he's given precious little praise of Trump for all that he accomplished as President.

And I wish DeSantis had the Courage to Be Free of special interest groups like Golden Sacks and RINOs like Paul Ryan and Jeb Bush.

I tried to scan Amazon's 938 book review comments, but found no opportunity there to read conservative criticisms of the book. 87% of the views are 5-star reviews. Then sprinkled in the reviews are a handful of brief, 1-star negative comments from Leftists, as you'd expect. There are NO 2-star comments. The one 3-star was full of high praise. And 4-star comments were mostly short and also gushing with praise. And not all those 4-star reviews were posted to read.

I sought criticisms by readers who gave the book a 4 star review, figuring some of those folks would be conservatives who gave an honest appraisal by mixing in both positive and negative comments. But I could not.

Amazon apparently doesn't permit conservative critics of the book an opportunity to be heard. Thank God we have Free Republic.
