I read that Bill Gates first became involved with the WEF in 1992. That is the same year that WA State passed its first Growth Mnate,e t Act to comply with the Agemda 21. If Gates just became involved in ‘92, who was pushing it in WA before then?. I know that there was a political action group, who called themselves, Futurewise, who wrote the GMA, but one year isn’t enough time to come up with that, the same year that the UN passed the Agenda 21.
This has been going on a lot longer than we know.

As a side note, I'd like to know what the ASPCA thinks of this idea. It is animal cruelty. If God wanted bovines to wear gas masks, he would have created them that way.
As it is, God created the cows in perfect "cowness". They are God's design. There is nothing wrong with cows. There is something wrong with Bill Gates however.
