“They do not want a trial, that’s for sure.”

Not sure on this. They were willing to take two “never had a chance” impeachments to the senate knowing they wouldn’t make it only because the REPs there were not willing to hammer the last of their connection to the GOP and the flow of free money they were getting to make their unearned salary. Looks bad for the paying customers.

A lot of people fail to understand that the actions being done is by the civilians, not the fed government, in possibly the most liberal state in the union (California, Washington state, Oregon, and Hawaii are also right up there). So they are using another source to try to harm Trump’s efforts to get back into the White House so they won’t look the horse’s ass they did the first times that they have been diverting to Biden the last couple of years even though he’s no worse than a number of libs. The art of misdirection.

It certainly doesn’t make him a gold star husband, but is really quite irrelevant to being the CEO of the USA.

The testimony of Cohen’s lawyer really threw a wrench in his “case.”

I’ve sat on a federal grand jury for a one year term. One thing I can tell you, indictments ought to be incredibly easy if there’s any evidence at all. The burden is much different than an actual trial. In an actual trial, it’s “beyond a reasonable doubt”. For an indictment, it’s “preponderance of evidence”. They don’t have to prove anything, just throw enough evidence to make the jury think there’s even a hint of a case. If they can’t get an indictment quickly, then there’s no way in hell they can win an actual case.
