As for the casing being a "loser," I have absolutely no doubt that a NYC jury would convict Trump in less than 15 minutes and that the trial judge and mid-level appellate judges would uphold the conviction. Although I am fairly confident that NY's highest court or perhaps the SCOTUS would vacate the conviction, the process could take years and disrupt the 2024 election cycle.

You may see this far into 2024 for very obvious reasons...election fodder the media can do for them and try to bury Trump for something the media can lie about and legally retract. It’s a smear campaign, not an actual case. They have done this before with the two impeachment processes of which one didn’t even get close to a vote.
