Helium 1 isn’t helium, it’s hydrogen. As we all know, hydrogen by itself is explosively flammable. That explosive and highly exothermic reaction produces dihydrogen monoxide, which is causatively correlated with all manner of natural disasters and deadly situations. Indeed, the DHMO found in Yellowstone is known to cause severe damage to humans, occasionally resulting in DEATH!!!
