Had cataract surgery on both eyes in January. They told me to only use Refresh Tears, and nothing else. I’ve been using that brand for several years now. Since the surgery, my eyes don’t get as dry as they used to.

3 people die after using contaminated eyedrops I guess eyedrops manufacturers to pay CDC bureaucrats as much as the Frankenshot manufacturers. Tens of thousands have died from the shots but they still haven't been recalled.

This is horrible.
I have a phobia about putting anything in my eyes to begin with, I won't even consider contact lenses, much less put eye drops into them. Things eye related make me very squeamish.

Geeze...my eyes are always bothering me and I’ve been tempted many times to buy drops...but haven’t.

I use a variety of eye drops for my dry eyes, but most often "Refresh" and "Systane Ultra." Sometimes I pick up "Equate" at Walmart. I just looked at the Equate bottle and it says "satisfaction guaranteed." Does losing your eye count as a valid reason to be dissatisfied?
Sometimes, when I'm out, I pick up off-brands at a convenience store. I'll have to check all my bottles. I keep them in the car and a few drawers at home.
My eye doc just two weeks ago said the preservatives in eye drops can actually dry your eyes out more quickly and aggravate dry eye. The more you use the drops, the more often you'll need them! He suggested preservative-free drops and gave me some samples that come in panel of tear-off single-use plastic tubes. I don't remember the brand he recommended, but I just found that Refresh makes one...
