San Francisco Board of Supervisors member Shamann Walton urged his colleagues Tuesday to approve $50 million for an “Office of Reparations” in anticipation of eventual approval of a bigger reparations plan.
As Breitbart News has reported, San Francisco’s reparations committee, created at the height of the Black Lives Matter movement in 2020, is considering a proposal to pay $5 million to each long-term black resident.
Though California entered the Union as a free state in 1850, and there is no mathematical calculation behind the $5 million figure, proponents of the plan are eager to see it implemented as an example to the nation.

At the current proposed rate, 50 million would only pay reparations to 10 people.
This must be graft money they want to get in their pockets before this all blows over.
The job itself will be handed out as form of “reparations”.

Just as with the “drought”, “climate change” and the Fauci Flu, slave reparations will be a permanent fixture as there is millions of dollars to be made and great new powers to be gained from keeping these debacles going.
I believe they should proceed at pace with paying reparations. The resulting exodus of businesses and wealthy taxpayers should be hilarious to watch.

Guess CA doesn’t need any federal money if they have money for bs like this.
Don’t kid yourself. If they find a way to actually do it, it will be with federal funds (IE our federal tax dollars.)
Local radio guy always says the college all have a “Diversity Officer” in a “Department of Inclusion” or similar names. Sort of like police Internal Affairs. Skies the limit on funding the office. “The best gig around. No one will criticize you or they’ll get doxed and canceled. Pays plenty. No one would fire you, either.”
