The source of this story that Trump wants handcuffs is unnamed. The Big Media company that gives you this report with unnamed sources is soooo "fair and balanced" that they unabashedly claim in court documents that it wants Trump to be a "nonperson".
But never mind all of that. You take this unsorced story and you embellish it even further.

I propose a rule. The title of every article based on anonymous sources must note it. The text [writer claims the source is anonymous] must be added to the title.
