Being paid and signing an NDA is not, as far as I know illegal…
So what exactly is the crime?

The “hush-money” angle might be believable, but it is entirely irrelevant, and the statute of limitations has long since eclipsed that charge.

Pete Buttigieg and his guy never said where those babies came from. We know nothing about the mother, or how the adoption was arranged, or if they paid her for those babies , or how it all was arranged.

I thought the check was originally leaked as $129,000.00? I guess media has rounded up to sound more plausible.

The problem with this prosecution isn’t that he didn’t do it — in fact, Trump himself admits making the payment. The problem is that it’s almost certainly not illegal to do this. It would be perfectly in character for him, as a well-known adulterer from before he married Melania, to have done this to hide it from his wife. That might make him a creep, but not a criminal.
Did they tell them it was an NDA? No? Thought not. Rigged poll. What’s new?

Of course they're believable. But, a a better word for what occurred is "blackmail." Stormy's demands were delivered during the last month of an election, when there was no time to deal with them. Time was a factor, and she used the situation for extortion.

You could be right. I’m not exactly certain how it went, but the funds still came from Trump’s personal funds.
Unfortunately there is truth to that fake webshot. The elections have been stolen by the rats and it doesn’t appear that anyone is fighting for free and fair elections.
