Exactly. He poked so many holes in what the DA had been implying occurred. While he may still try to move forward, I suspect it will at least delay, it, if it ever happens as they’re probably forced to rethink their strategy. We will see.

Another little detail is the statute of limitations. And you know the grand jury doesn't have an inkling as to how to apply it.

And if it happens, it'll be appealed and Bragg will be embarrassed and have to resign.

So what Bragg should do is tell the "jury" not to indict and save his own career.

Malicious prosecution does not look good on your record. I bet Bragg has been talking to Pelosi day and night to...."get me out of this".

Headline: "Bragg Eats Crow".
