Yale Law School—EXPOSED: Elite law schools have become training academies for militant transformational radicals with a law degree

Elite law schools have become training academies not so much for effective and competent lawyers, but instead for militant transformational radicals with a law degree.

Mainstream consumers of legal services, otherwise known as paying clients, would be shocked by the evolution that has taken place in the nation’s elite law schools. Instead of producing lawyers capable of helping clients, these schools now turn out leftist activists who are most competent at using transformational designs to upend centuries of legal traditions and institutions, including, ultimately, the U.S. Constitution itself.

This problem isn’t new. But the shocking behavior at Stanford by rude, belligerent proto-totalitarian students shouting down a federal judge laid bare this rancid evolution for everyone to see.

The next generation of lawyers at these schools isn’t focused on learning contracts, torts, civil procedure, and evidence as much as they are learning how to destroy treasured American institutions such as tolerance, liberty, and free speech.

This is important. Too many Americans still think a law degree from Harvard means that the graduating lawyer is competent to practice law. The opposite is becoming more true.

Harvard, Yale, and the elite law schools are graduating increasing percentages of incompetent lawyers, at least when it comes to what lawyers have long done: practice law.

Graduates from the elite law schools are mighty good activists, but lawyers? Not so much. The law students shouting down free speech at Stanford today are the leftist activists of tomorrow.

It may be that clients would be better off hiring lawyers from a Southeastern Conference law school like University of Tennessee, University of Alabama, or a more mainstream program like Pitt, Arizona, or Miami.

A lot of lawyers have always been scumbags. We’re just going to have more of them now.

The (diverse) attorney from Yale that I know well, admitted he hardly ever studied or read the assignments. He and his Yale Law buddies spent every weekend at Harvard picking up the easy Harvard girls. His legal knowledge was embarrassingly scant. He was about four years out of law school when I knew him ans was used by our law firm as an example of their “wokeness.” (Back then, this was not yet a term.)

Surprise, he is now in California politics.

That’s a long drive from New Haven to Boston. Don’t they have easy girls to pick up around campuses in Connecticut? 😜😆

Yep, DeSantis went from ivy league Yale to lawyer to professional politician. A very narrow life skill and experience path...

It’s why lawyers turned professional politicians can’t even relate to those in the private sector. They’ve spent their lives in ivy league schools and government.

No way are they going to relate to me or my neighbors.

“That’s a long drive from New Haven to Boston. Don’t they have easy girls to pick up around campuses in Connecticut?”

The Yale girls were on to them in the first place. Secondly, he claims (I assume with justification) that the Yale girls on the whole were pretty UNattractive. Finally, these guys had plenty of time to screw around in that they had full rides and never studied.

I’m just relaying what he told me.

Well, dang, can someone tell me how this sad state of affairs come to be? Who has been asleep at the wheel? Is Darwin at work here?

Yes they have and now we have most of them becoming radicalized scumbags if they weren't one already. I think the solution to take away their law license the first time they prove they are militants first, activists second, and maybe an attorney way down the list of priorities. In any case they are worthless to the rule of law.

When was the last time a law graduate from a state university law school was appointed to the Supreme Court? Looking at the makeup of the Supreme Court over the past 50 years the overwhelming majority of Supreme Court appointment earned law degrees at Harvard, Yale or another Ivy League School.

Republican and Democrat presidents are equally guilty of this elitist bias.
