Missing fingerprints? How could a person be hired as a cop if his/her fingerprints are not checked in the database? My guess is they would not have "enough" black officers if they followed the process rigorously, so they decided equity was more important.

That’s kind of my thinking as well. It sounds like some, not all, all the officers were missing the necessary paperwork/investigations. I bet they needed or wanted more diversity and did what was necessary to get it. The fact that even two months after they were caught, they still refused to turn over the information, as required, to the state speaks volumes about what they have been doing.

10 or so in CA. Mexico is controlled by cartels.
Biden lets Cartels run our southern border.
Therefore, the USA is basically 'owned' by the cartels.
