The grand jury is still taking testimony today, so aren’t all these stories premature? I honestly can’t figure that out. (?)

Well, the testimony of the attorney is on sort of an emergency basis asked for by Trump. I hate to say it but with a NYC GJ, they could have pictures, confessions, etc. and they still will find a way to indict him. So, it may just be delaying it a day or so or not at all.
