There is now an acceptance that the public schools cannot actually educate students to proficiency levels needed to succeed in the modern world.

However, the pubelick skuuls do an EXCELLANT job of preparing yet another group of Liberal, Democrat voters!

Most animals can be trained when you feed/treat them at the correct time.
