Although rhetorical, what do the following items have in common?
American chattel slavery
Opposition to the Thirteenth Amendment
Jim Crow laws
Literacy tests at the polls
The War on Poverty
Reparations
They’re prominent examples of a longstanding and ongoing war to subjugate the Black community, and (un)coincidentally, the oppressors fall entirely in one political camp — the Democrat party.
Now, thanks to “progressives” cut from the same cloth as men like Preston Brooks, except this time confined working within the boundaries of Maryland, we can expand the above list with this:
Lawmakers in Maryland are considering a new piece of legislation that would literally decriminalize and absolve residents under the age of 25 from being charged with a felony and a myriad of offenses.
Bill HB1180: ‘Criminal Law – Youth Accountability and Safety Act’ says that it would prevent people 25 and under ‘from being convicted of murder in the first degree,’ or ‘the perpetration or attempted perpetration of an additional crime listed under § 2-201(4)(i)-(xii) of the Criminal Law Article.’
Jacob M. Thompson of Wine Press News reported that a state agency released a “Racial Equity Impact Note” to furnish the public with an “analysis” of the measure; per Thompson:
The bill would prohibit an individual under the age of 25 from being convicted of first-degree murder committed in the perpetration of or an attempt to perpetrate various felonies including carjacking, arson, burglary, rape, and various sex offenses.
So why are Democrats sponsoring legislation that would preclude charging those under 25 with first-degree murder so long as a victim died during the alleged commission of a rape or other violent act?

Also from the “Equity” note:
This [bill] could allow an individual who may have committed a murder while committing another crime as a juvenile or young adult to have an opportunity to be released at a more mature age and possibly rehabilitate.
Didn’t they forget to mention “for POC only?”
Hey, they don’t pay no mind
If you under 25 you won’t be doing any time
Hey, come out and play!
Of course this is directed at reducing the levels of black incarceration.
And, as usual, blacks will be overwhelmingly the victims of this policy.
At some point they’ll start asking themselves who is really on their side.
What could possibly go wrong?
They’ll mostly be dead before that happens.
So within the last week, we’ve seen stories from Maryland about (1) the elimination of new ICE vehicles; (2) adding a ‘right’ to abortion in their constitution; and (3) this... which would act as an invitation for gangs.
How’s that working for you, Marylanders?
Great. Some bass turd needs somebody bumped off, all you have to do is give some azzhole under 25 a new cellphone or play station and a picture of the target. If the Maryland turd rollers really want to do the young skulls of mush under 25 something to do, make them be older than 25 before the stupid bass turds can vote.
Dung beetle insanity in action.
All being done for the drug cartels.
If they argue those under 25 don’t have a fully formed brain, then those same “children” can’t sign contracts, vote, drive cars, etc.
That will make recruitment for lookouts and getaway drivers a lot easier.
While American Patriots propose eliminating Maryland Democrats.
Solicitation of murder is murder.
But 5 year olds can claim they are transgender!
I’m OK with this as long as the murder victim is someone who voted for this crap, or is a member of their extended family.
But they’ll castrate children, no problem.
Not while Big Education, Big Media, and Big Government collude with their babymamas in teaching them NOT TO THINK.
NOT GOOD ENOUGH, They should abolish all personal crimes against any person that can be defined as a Public Employee or a Retired Public Employee, just to make life more equitable.
