Mostly, he totally lacks charisma.
He is no Donald Trump with a world class charismatic reputation carefully honed over decades of world wide exposure.
Pennsylvania elected Uncle Fester to be their junior senator. And RFK Jr. has more functioning brain cells in a biopsy of the brain that Fetterman has in the whole thing.
RFK Jr hates Big Pharma with a passion. He would turn the FDA & CDC into parking lots, and have a special prosecutor appointed to make the rest of Fauci’s life miserable. Other than that, he’s just a typical Rat.
His voice was damaged by an illness.

Who cares? He will split the Dems. Good.
He’s virulently anti-vaxx for all vaccines. That is his signature issue. Otherwise, I’m not aware of his general policy stances. Maybe he is a maverick.
