This week, an international team of virologists, genomicists, and evolutionary biologists may have finally found crucial data to help fill that knowledge gap. A new analysis of genetic sequences collected from the market shows that raccoon dogs being illegally sold at the venue could have been carrying and possibly shedding the virus at the end of 2019.

It was created at UNC Chapel Hill, where bot virus was altered with receptors from humanized mice. The program was moved to red China to hide it.

Well seems fairly obvious to me. Immediately do a comprehensive trap and sample of the wild population of raccoon dogs. If the virus is in the population and it shows genetic markers that it was there longer than 3 years then I guess it’s a cinch.
The alternative that it was a small group of animals that just happen to have it then and are now gone is preposterous.
I also wonder if the CCP could have planted evidence as a red herring.
This could just as easily mean that Raccoon Dogs were infected by Humans at the Market.
The strongest evidence still is only about ‘a chance in hell’, but we will keep this dead horse alive as long as there are idiots that will believe it. (my opinion)

Unless the raccoon dog virus includes that sequence then the lab origin theory is still strong.
