Don’t ever underestimate the value of a “liquor license”. Many business’s have been hurt substantially if not brought down for lack of obtaining or holding onto one.

Having no liquor license will kill them.

Not mentioned was that this was an “all ages” filthy drag show.

Hyatt can always sell their property in an arms-length transaction to another corporation. Then the new owner - with clean hands - can ask the state for a liquor license for the new business.

The new owner might want to tell the state up front they intend to follow all Florida laws.
