If it can be verified to have happened in International air space then is a clear Act of War.

I thought we were told that the jet hit the drone’s propeller but the prop was still spinning and intact after the flyby.......

The left cheered when America blew up the pipeline, even tho it was an environmental catastrophe, because…Slavi Ukraini! Honestly, my head is about to explode at the fact that the left is clambering for war, in favor of lockdowns and mandatory experimental vaccines (as long as no animals were harmed in clinical trials, of course), and wants to shut down the first amendment now that they’re no longer in the minority. Stop the world…I want to get off, FFS.

Sure. And if a Russian drone approaches New York City over Long Island Sound, nothing should happen to it.

I thought we were told that the jet hit the drone’s propeller but the prop was still spinning and intact after the flyby....... Russians supposedly did 19 close passes. The last one shows the jet approaching and the signal is lost.
Over a span of at least 30 minutes, the two jets executed 19 close passes by the drone, spraying some of their jet fuel on the craft during the last three or four of those passes, the official said.

You mean like blowing up a pipeline? Yeah, thought so. Please provide the video evidence of who blew up the pipeline. Yeah, thought so.
That's the distinct difference here.

Its a pretty neat trick.
The SU-27 dumped fuel on the Reaper causing the Propeller on the Reaper to turn into a Pretzel.
He may have accidently hit it on the second pass.

No, it doesn't. The international law only applies to vessels and activities and that do not harm “the peace, good order, or security” of the coastal state. The US drone had a military purpose and Russia had the right to down the vessel if it determined its security was compromised.
Likewise, if a Russian bomber is flying towards New York City, you don't wait until it's under 12 nautical miles from the shore to destroy it. You destroy it a soon as you determine it's a threat. Every country would do this action is legal, according to international treaty.

Russian military aircraft were spotted flying off the coast of Alaska for the fourth time in as many days, a spokesperson for the North American Aerospace Defense Command told CNN on Friday.
The two most recent sightings occurred late Wednesday and on Thursday, with the first involving two IL-38 maritime patrol aircraft and the second involving two Tu-95 nuclear-capable Bear bombers.
