Moody’s Investors Service placed First Republic Bank and five other US lenders on review for downgrade, the latest sign of concern over the health of regional financial firms following the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank.

Go woke go broke.
As far as our experience goes, we don’t miss comerika

Obama shut them up when they downgraded government bonds.

Not really in this case. Go woke, get bailed out by your woke DC cronies, let the American tax payer foot the bill, start the next woke enterprise.
Hmmm... I thought Comerica was fairly large. Maybe they haven’t grown as aggressively over the decades as they could have. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve seen them do much marketing. Not being able to count might be part of the problem here.
Its worse than you can imagine. The Fed is allowing smaller banks to go under and their deposit flow goes to TBTF banks (the big 5). Under Biden, we have BIG banks, BIG Pharma, BIG defense, BIG corporations.
Great job “middle class” Joe.
Why don’t they put them on review when they see only one person on their board has any knowledge of investment banking? Why wait till they start failing, isn’t that a failure in itself?
