The show, Live From Studio 6B, on RAV has posted a couple videos by PV filmed in the Long Island schools with parents up in arms about grooming by teachers.

That might be “Snopes True” -—technically true if you follow the breadcrumbs somebody carefully left for you, formulate the chronology using the date stamps from the paper trail in the middle of the interstate, or cobble the story from un-named sources or rely on “newspapers of record” like The Washington Post, etc.

Does O’keefe retain any stake in PV as a stockholder, or does he have any interest in the brand name and logo?
That’s a cute story. Non-profits have boards that are responsible for seeing that it follows the law. If they discover that its money isn’t being used properly then they are required to act. O’Keefe knows that. If it was a misunderstanding then having the board inspect PV’s finances should have been routine and unthreatening. O’Keefe saw it as a reason to quit. I’ll be curious to see how OMG is structured and if it even has a board.

Originally the stories cited employee complaints that he was abrasive and dictatorial as the reason. It was sometime later, as James challenged his dismissal, that the allegations of financial mismanagement came up.
It was reported that the “board’ called an emergency meeting while James was airborne on a fund-raising trip. Back-stabbing makes for bad ‘optics’ and leads to bad feelings.
The ringleader was Daniel Stark, the executive director, formerly of Goldman Sachs. Though coming several days after the Pfizer story,it followed the more recent dismissal of one of Daniel’s ‘team’ by James.
Corporate media’s coverage was immediate and brimming with details. They accused him of stealing a sandwich from a pregnant woman and spitting on an employee. The FBI raid was brought up, though not his exoneration of wrongdoing.
As far as I know, there have been no formal charges stemming from all the financial allegations. You’d expect to hear something by now.
