Hopefully, both sides can sit down and talk about the border crisis. First, we consume. Yes, we do. We are the ones going into our pockets and buying the stuff. Second, Mexico has a bigger problem, because these well financed and armed cartels represent a direct threat to the Mexican state.

If we want to have a military action in Mexico it would be a better idea to go speak to the Mexican government first before going saber rattling on cable.
I had read somewhere that by designating the cartels as terrorist organizations, it gives Mexican citizens a valid reason for asylum.
