When I watched as women moved into jobs and factories and corporations and the military in the 1970s and how lawsuits, and the government followed them in to uproot and takeover daily life at work, I realized that they were in effect, the eyes and ears and agents of the government and the left.
Seeing bare-breasted women at the local public pool is going to wreak havoc on life there and the way the government and the left use that havoc will lead to great changes in rules, regulations, and laws controlling males, and even rules regarding male presence over time, at a place that used to just be a public pool.
In addition to paid swimmers, there will be a host of paid lookers

The muslims will come to those pools to see the topless women. They will abuse them. The state will not intervene with muslims as they would with germans.
(I’ve already read stories about this at public swimming pools in germany—that were not topless.
