Well well well, isn’t this convenient? Now that Tucker Carlson has released more of the January 6th footage that disproves many of the lame, hateful narratives from the Left (and sadly, two nasty RINOs who are now both officially out of a job) it would appear the committee chairman, Bennie Thompson, is claiming they never had access to the footage.
No. Really.
They just had a bunch of staff go through it.
Can’t even make this crap up.
Thompson said he doesn’t think any of the Jan. 6 members themselves ever had access to the footage — they let only staff view it. "I'm actually not aware of any member of the committee who had access. We had a team of employees who kind of went through the video."

To be fair, the committee was put in place to produce a pre-ordered outcome. They didn't need to be exposed to any evidence to roll out the playbook guilty verdict. It's politics, not justice.

And they should be paid those reparations DIRECTLY from the J6 committee members, their staffers, and the media outlets that spread the lies and propaganda. The reparations should not come from the government, since that is OUR money, and that would not punish those lying weasels personally in any way.
The J6 Sham Commitee had a single primary goal and it wasn’t getting at the truth. It was to try and make a mountain out of a molehill/an Insurrection out of a protest that got out of hand, and TIE IT TO TRUMP to prevent him from running again. Russia Russia Russia didn’t work, Ukraine call Impeachement didn’t work. And its not just the Democrats that were out to get Trump, it was most of the DC corruptocrats living off the government tit. Trump upsets the gravy train, demands accountability, pulls out out of foreign wars, that all means less for gravy for the hogs at the trough.
A staggering abuse of power and no accountability.

Elon and Tucker have hit them with big body blows and they are reeling. Those two have done a great service to the country.
Although I’m no fan of McCarthy I have to give him credit for releasing the videos. I’m sure MOST of his GOP colleagues are very uncomfortable with what he did. But it was the right thing so kudos to him.
So the Repubs could have made political hay over their inability to see the footage for themselves, but they chose not to? It really does sound like both parties conspired to smear Trump and his supporters.
Absolutely and I hope Tucker had really good security. This whole J6 persecution is disgusting. I am so sick and tired of the people in DC do whatever the hell they want with no regard for the American people (unless they are gay, bi, trans, queer etc.). The world is watching and taking notes. So is God.
It was, but it was not new as he had been planning to provide new footage throughout the week. Last night was the same video that he showed on Monday night. The difference being he had the Shaman’s attorney who was very good. Just no new videos.
Makes you wonder who really reads the bills that go through Congress.
There is a digital footprint on the videos which shows beyond any doubt that the committee viewed it

The 3rd party company that added the fake audio to the January 6 Committee videos is also guilty of burying exculpatory evidence and can be sued into oblivion because they're not a government agency.
I agree. There has to be a Judge with jurisdiction that can do that.
