America's first-ever Muslim non-binary lawmaker has been censured and stripped of their assignments for harboring a fugitive friend accused of attacking a cop during a protest over transgender rights.
Mauree Turner - who uses they/them pronouns, will be banned from committee assignments unless she issues a formal apology, including to Highway Patrol cops said to have been assaulted by her friend Ross.
During the protest, the fugitive, Austin Ross, is accused of flinging water at Rep. Bob Ed Culver, R-Tahlequah, after the passing of HB 2177, a bill banning gender affirming care for minors.

You know, for some time now I’ve been saying that the apostate West will not flock to the mosques to take whatever mark the beast demands of them unless they can take their beloved poofters and genderqueer with them.
Which is why I expect whatever Islamic Mahdi that may come down the pike to use the already in place doctrine of abrogation to proclaim a poofter friendly version of Islam.

Interestingly enough...even OKC and Tulsa voted against the recreational marijuana state question last night. It was close in both towns, but the No side still won both. That surprised me. Certain parts of OKC and Tulsa are fairly progressive. Not close to Austin or somesuch, but still more progressive than the rural areas which are very very conservative.

I was merely pointing out that the Oklahoma legislature has censured Republicans several times, but the Democrats are acting like this is something completely unprecedented.
