BTW, Russia did and does bluff. Both historically and since the beginning of this war. How many red lines have been crossed? What of the ultimatum to NATO to withdraw to 1997 borders? Crickets.
All Russia is, strategically is painted rust. Its weapons systems are inferior. Its doctrine. Its training. The quality of its soldiers. It’s Logistics - there isn’t even a word “logistics” in the Russian language. Everything Russia is second or third rate. Everything else is painted rust. Likely including most of its nukes.

The thing is that the Russians didn’t have to be this way. 22 years of Putin’s dictatorship has chased away the smart Russians and left behind corrupt chaos.
