NATO's deputy secretary general has said Moldova should be less afraid of Russia, amid growing concerns over the security situation in the former Soviet republic.

Speaking to Romanian television channel Prima TV on Saturday, Mircea Geoană accused Russia of putting "enormous pressure" on the Republic of Moldova "on all fronts."

• "Rest of the world" - ha ha, no one is willing to fight on Russia's side. And those who "Support" Russia are just Belarus, North Korea, Venezuela, Eritrea, Syria - yet none of those are willing to give Russia weapons leave alone soldiers
  
  
• If Russia attacks a NATO country, don't expect China or anyone beside Belarus to come to Russia's side
