And these people, the ones who have managed to get to trial, were sentenced to PRISON! All while the government withheld exculpatory evidence. And many defendants remain in jail today, over two years since then, without going to court at all.

A true “justice system” would include a provision for someone who withheld exculpatory evidence like this, or in any other way was involved in prosecuting someone fraudulently, to swap places with the accused and serve out their sentence while they go free. THAT would be true justice.

Very much agree.

I think a lot of people in the justice system are lying, cheating and basically gaming the system (on Jan 6 and on every other case anyone can think of). People like that should be treated like criminals and should be dealt with harshly. The Justice System needs to be rigorously honest above all else.
