Walgreens probably wanted to stay away from the whole controversy.

But the left just cannot leave people alone.

Every compromise is seen by the left as the staging point for their next attack.

Yes that’s what is happening.

The leftist view is that pharmacies are required to provide abortion pills.

The idea that some places may not provide these supplies, is a foreign concept to these activists. To them it is mandatory that all pharmacies provide these supplies. Otherwise they are bigoted, hate women, want women impaled on coat hangers, the whole 9 yards.

And if the people who run Walgreens are intimidated by all of this, they may relent on their policy so they won’t be a Michael Moore target.

As much as anything they are probably avoiding litigation exposure. This drug was not made to be an abortion pill. Initially the makers were horrified that it turned out to be a potentially disastrous side affect.
