gee, if Russia had followed that advice and not been paranoid about imaginary "Nazis", there would have been no illegal invasion of Ukraine, would there?
Russia could have concentrated on developing its own country, and wouldn't be bogged-down less than 100 miles from its border

There are more than 150 monuments and/or streets named after Stepan Bandera, a Nazi collaborator. There are marches in Ukraine where participants hold up pictures of Bandera. Little children are forced to sign songs about Banders.
