I get the digs at Hillary, Jeb and even to some extent Cruz.
Time marches on and a trick that drags on too long becomes a drag. And it only works as long as your base enjoys it. Many strong Trump supporters, myself included, actually like Desantis and do not like seeing Trump try to make fun of him.
And Trump does have a weakness - Desantis does not seem to have the incredibly bad judgment in choosing subordinates and advisors that seems to really haunt Trump.
There may just be a nick name an opponent can hang on Trump on that one.
His first six months were good. Then he was interested in his inauguration numbers. Lol. That took up a year. He got his tax cuts which look fine until you see the sunset on them in 2025. That’s going to be fun trying to find blame for that.
