I’m not even sure what constitutes a “lawful order” anymore.

The U.S. has been engaged in military campaigns all over the world for the entire duration of my lifetime — without a single declaration of war by Congress. We’re any orders issued to U.S. military personnel in Vietnam or Iraq or Afghanistan (for example) LAWFUL?

Who determined it was a "lawful order" in the first place? Silly me, it was Brandon back in July 2021.

I wonder how many old vets like me are dissuading men and women of military age from joining the military? I hope it's thousands.
