Retired Lieutenant General Michael Flynn on Friday filed a suit against the federal government seeking damages over what he called Washington's "wrongful and malicious" prosecution of him.
"As a direct and proximate result of Defendant’s actions, General Flynn suffered harm," his attorneys wrote in a filing with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. "He was falsely branded as a traitor to his country, lost at least tens of millions of dollars of business opportunities and future lifetime earning potential, was maliciously prosecuted and spent substantial monies in his own defense."

The fact he filed in Florida gives it a better chance to move forward than if such a case was filed in DC.
Awesome!
Go Flynn!
Future FBI chief.
Apologizes for the “Valentine Gift Guide” inclusion. I cut and pasted and didn’t properly proof-read.
I guess the lawsuit by Flynn could be considered a late Valentine’s Day present. LOL
I hope he gets a jury that will reward him $Billions upon billions. Where does one go to get their reputation back? He should receive the entire budgets including black budgets from the CIA and FBI for the next 20 years, which means they effectively shut down forever.
WHY did he wait so long? He should have filed years ago when he was forced into bankruptcy or nearly so.
He should add Mike Pence as a defendant.
I wonder which law firms are representing General Flynn.
I hope he’s the one who locks the doors after the last person leaves and they turn the building over to the GSA, having shut down the agency.
Can’t shut it down but a major downsize would be good. Turn the agents into US Marshalls. Send them out to the states. Lay off a bunch. That would include GOOD ONES. They need to pay the price. Sends a message throughout government.
