Sounds like they need a few billion more. Get your checkbook out Uncle Joe!

Maybe the Big Guy needs to throw in, say, 10% more.

It’d be nice to have a few A-10s about now, eh? They got lots of bullets.

People cheerleading for the Russian kleptocracy have been saying that for a year. Putin was supposed to have his feet up in the Ukrainian Presidential office last June.

I expect the “we’re winning” propaganda to roll out thick today. Our cheerleaders are fighting to the last Ukrainian.

Heavy weapons and lots of armor forming up on the dry high ground for when the Orcs move out of Bakhmut and across the soggy wet lands

So after Bakhmut - then what?
Is the door open to go all the way to Kiev, or will the next little industrial town 30 miles down the road be the same thing?

Yes.
And the Russians will have lost so many men that their days of effective aggression will be over for years.
It isn’t the ability to arm troops so much as the ability to put them in the field at all.

Obviously the Ukrainians need much more devastating weaponry. A few 10,000 pound bombs, MOABs, and FAE should do the trick.

No air superiority, A-10s would last for about the flight time of a missile.
