To be fair, it doesn’t take much to collapse a building in Baltimore…
Been on that street in my lifetime. Building fell down real good. Sorry about the casualties.

By and large they are not so the fleeing suspect must have committed a major felony.
That could be anywhere in West Baltimore. Or many other neighborhoods for that matter.

Glad the driver of the second car involved looks like he made it out alive. I hope that the fatalities are limited to those in the instegating car, which seems reasonably likely.

at least the red car had an air-bag, looks like that guy made it out OK ...
Nice catch. He goes from standing there eto burried in brick off to the side in about 1.3 seconds beginning at about the 4.8 second mark.

North Avenue has been synonymous with bad part of town for forty years at least.
