Pillow tycoon turned conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell raged against Florida governor Ron DeSantis at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Thursday, calling the popular conservative a “Trojan Horse.”
“Now I’ll tell you what Ron DeSantis — and he’s got money behind him — did he do anything for Disney? Remember that was the big thing, you’re gonna go after Disney,” began Lindell. “He did nothing, they got everything they wanted, everything — look it up!”
“The media is covering up for Ron DeSantis. He is a Trojan Horse, he is the Trojan Horse,” shouted Lindell on the convention center floor. “Do not believe anything you’re reading by the media about ‘Ron DeSantis'” warned Lindell, indicating that air quotes belonged around the governor’s name with his fingers.

One thing I have begun to learn about big league politics is that there are no- 100 percent politicians. They are all flawed. No matter how much we pretend they are not. Trump was screwed over by Pence who kept putting the wrong choices in from of him and the fact that Trump thought he was doing the right thing vis a via covid but later found out just what an AI criminal op it actually was.
As for DeSantis he has some splainin' to do.Namely, about how he can pal around with female dominion lawyers, where his money is coming from, and why he has anything to do with any of the Bushs'.
That's just for starters.
All that being said I have found the best way to judge these politicians is not by what they say but rather by what they do.Even then its never a slam dunk.
Trump won't go third party he knows where that leads, nowhere. Currently, Trump has a sensational track record of getting conservative Republicans elected. That's just fine by me.
Mike needs to stick to making pillows.
Yes, cocaine addled.
No, as I said, I find Lindell an embarrassment.
No, never. I don't think most true Christians have, either. Yet here you are, trying to turn the gravely sinful act of murder into a joke in defense of your false idol. Says a lot, whether you realize it or not.
DeSantis is guilty of being a Harvard graduate, and, according to this ultraconservative, "The road to hell is paved with Ivy-league degrees."
You're just not on top of things in the least, are you. Clearly not, when your very own idol Trump went to an Ivy League school. Not only that, he constantly brags of his Ivy League education, claiming it is the best in the world, and has even complimented DeSantis on his. Meanwhile, DeSantis has often complained about the woke culture he was exposed to there. So as usual, you have it completely backwards.
Are you claiming that DeSantis has not been embraced by establishment RINO's?
Ah, you one lone pathetic complaint you can come up with. And Trump was long supported by white supremacists, does that make him a white supremacist? No, it does not. That sort of attack is a weak minded phony guilt by distant association attack that completely fails on the merits. Yet it your mind, it's enough to defend the thoughts of murder.
>>>>Are you saying you never had the desire to kill someone? LOL!
>>No, never. I don’t think most true Christians have, either.
I don’t believe you. People are not Chistians at birth. I was not looking, but the Lord found me about half-century ago, when I was in my mid-20’s.
“I am found of them that sought me not” — Isaiah 65:1 KJV
God has a sense of humor:
“He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.” — Psalm 2:4 KJV
If you are a “true” Christian, as you claim, why do you not have a sense of humor?
>>Yet here you are, trying to turn the gravely sinful act of murder into a joke in defense of your false idol. Says a lot, whether you realize it or not.
Trump was joking, and you, like most on the self-righteous left, have no sense of humor. The left takes Trump’s words literally in all cases.
>>>>DeSantis is guilty of being a Harvard graduate, and, according to this ultraconservative, “The road to hell is paved with Ivy-league degrees.”
>>You’re just not on top of things in the least, are you. Clearly not, when your very own idol Trump went to an Ivy League school.
Trump went to Wharton School of Business at Penn, and became an incredibly successful businessman and builder. That is a far cry from the typical Ivy League degree program in which students are taught “social justice” and disrespect for the working class. In other words, Ivy Leaguers are typically taught to be elitist snobs.
I don’t expect you to understand the difference, but I would recommend you read some of Thomas Sowell’s books, in particular “Intellectuals and Society” and “Conflict of Visions.” In particular, try to understand the difference between “constrained” and “unconstrained” visions. Sowell gives a brief explanation in this interview:

>>Not only that, he constantly brags of his Ivy League education, claiming it is the best in the world, and has even complimented DeSantis on his.
Trump is nice to everyone (especially the working class,) until they betray him. Trump is on record, from decades ago, saying he gets along best with the working class, such as construction workers, bell hops, and taxi drivers.
>>Meanwhile, DeSantis has often complained about the woke culture he was exposed to there. So as usual, you have it completely backwards.
That brings up another point. Desantis is now being embraced by those who have done virtually nothing to fight against wokeness even though they have, or have had, the power to do so.
>>>>Are you claiming that DeSantis has not been embraced by establishment RINO’s?
>>Ah, you one lone pathetic complaint you can come up with.
RINO’s are most certainly pathetic, but they are also dangerous to liberty since they love to be admired by the “intellectual” class. The last thing DeSantis should do, if he expects to preserve his conservative credentials, is become a “Bushie Boy.”
>>And Trump was long supported by white supremacists, does that make him a white supremacist? No, it does not.
Only a leftist would bring that up in a conversation. White supremacists are so rare their very existence has to be manufactured by race hustlers.
>>That sort of attack is a weak minded phony guilt by distant association attack that completely fails on the merits. Yet it your mind, it’s enough to defend the thoughts of murder.
You appear to be obsessed with murder.
Mr. Kalamata
Believe whatever you want. No, I have never fantasized about murdering someone, which apparently to you, is quite normal.
If you are a “true” Christian, as you claim, why do you not have a sense of humor?
I have a great sense of humor. It just doesn't apply when discussing murder. Yet you seem to find it hilarious since your master Trump spoke of how powerful his spell is over you, and you don't know how else to try to explain it.
Trump went to Wharton School of Business at Penn
I clearly knew that already, and it's an Ivy League school. Obviously you didn't, since you tried to attack DeSantis for going to an Ivy League school. Yet you still fail to see the depths of your hypocrisy and weakness of your failed attacks on DeSantis.
Only a leftist would bring that up in a conversation.
Obviously not true, as it was clearly a DEFENSE of Trump, to prove that weak minded guilt by far association attacks are meaningless. Yet that's all you can seem to come up with to criticize DeSantis. Other than the failed Ivy League connection, which Trump is guilty of himself.
You appear to be obsessed with murder.
I'm certainly not accepting of it, as you have proven to be, nor do I find the discussion of it a joke. Even it was a joke, it would be a sick joke. But it wasn't a joke, it was Trump simply stating the depth of control he has over his sycophants.
>>>>I don’t believe you.
>>Believe whatever you want. No, I have never fantasized about murdering someone, which apparently to you, is quite normal.
I still don’t believe you. You seem to be obsessed with murder, much like the racists on the left are obsessed with race. You are simply misdirecting your obsessions onto others.
>>>>If you are a “true” Christian, as you claim, why do you not have a sense of humor?
>>I have a great sense of humor. It just doesn’t apply when discussing murder.
If you had a sense of humor you would laugh at Trump’s unseriousness.
>>Yet you seem to find it hilarious since your master Trump spoke of how powerful his spell is over you, and you don’t know how else to try to explain it.
Your repeated accusations of me being “under the spell of Trump” is straight out of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals:
Alinsky’s Rule #13: “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
You should learn to follow this rule if you are expect to remain relevant:
Alinsky’s Rule #7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
>>>>Trump went to Wharton School of Business at Penn
>>I clearly knew that already, and it’s an Ivy League school. Obviously you didn’t, since you tried to attack DeSantis for going to an Ivy League school. Yet you still fail to see the depths of your hypocrisy and weakness of your failed attacks on DeSantis.
You seem to be too ignorant to be a hypocrite. Your conflating a Wharton business degree with a Harvard Law degree is ignorance beyond belief! Of course, if you are attempting to deceive, then you are a hypocrite.
>>>>Only a leftist would bring that up in a conversation.
>>Obviously not true, as it was clearly a DEFENSE of Trump, to prove that weak minded guilt by far association attacks are meaningless.
I will need to find my decoder ring to decipher that one.
>>Yet that’s all you can seem to come up with to criticize DeSantis.
The attempt by Desantis to divide the MAGA people is worthy of criticism. Division is a leftist tactic. Conservatives simply want to be left alone to work and raise their families, but meddlesome Democrats and RINO’s will not be satiated until they control every aspect of our lives.
>>Other than the failed Ivy League connection, which Trump is guilty of himself.
Rational people understand the difference between a Wharton business degree and a Harvard law degree.
That reminds me of a conversation Thomas Sowell (a Harvard graduate) had with a co-worker, who remarked (paraphrasing,) “It seems to me that in every disaster a Harvard graduate is involved.” Sowell remarked, “You noticed that too?” LOL!
>>>>You appear to be obsessed with murder.
>>I’m certainly not accepting of it, as you have proven to be, nor do I find the discussion of it a joke. Even it was a joke, it would be a sick joke.
I thought it was funny. It was made hilarious by the insatiable rage it generated in those on the far left, as in you.
>>But it wasn’t a joke, it was Trump simply stating the depth of control he has over his sycophants.
It was a joke, but obviously not to those under the spell of DeSantis.
Mr. Kalamata
I'm not obsessed with murder at all. It's just the perfect point to demonstrate the depths of evil you go will support to defend Trump. He says he can murder someone in broad daylight and not lose supporters like you, and clearly you have endlessly defended him over it. That's why the point keeps dragging on forever, your inability to admit the horrible sinful nature of that statement.
If you had a sense of humor you would laugh at Trump's unseriousness.
Even if it was a sick joke, it is still at its evil core a prideful boast of the despicable level of control Trump has over his sycophants.
You seem to be too ignorant to be a hypocrite.
Hilarious, that you would now try to use my supposed ignorance, as your lame defense of your own ignorance for not knowing Trump himself went to the Ivy League, that I had to educate you about. Trump and Alinsky tactics do go hand in hand.
It was a joke, but obviously not to those under the spell of DeSantis.
I'm not under any spells of DeSantis, nor does he appear to practice mind control as does Trump. I've told you repeatedly, bring me something worthy to criticize DeSantis of, and if he deserves it I'll criticize him. But so far all you have is your failed Ivy League attempt that blew up in your face, and some laughable long distance guilt by association charges.
If Trump were a Democrat they would be all over that statement. They would be up im arms over his flights on Epstein’s plane, his imterview with Howard Stern.
Hypocrisy isnt the sole province of the left.
>>>>You seem to be obsessed with murder
>>I’m not obsessed with murder at all.
You seem to be.
>>It’s just the perfect point to demonstrate the depths of evil you go will support to defend Trump.
I defend Trump as a brilliant executive and economist, not as a pastor.
>>He says he can murder someone in broad daylight and not lose supporters like you, and clearly you have endlessly defended him over it. That’s why the point keeps dragging on forever, your inability to admit the horrible sinful nature of that statement.
Again, if you had a sense of humor you would laugh at Trump’s unseriousness. But I understand your obsession. That is all you have left to smear him with. So-called Russian collusion was a despicable hoax; the Ukraine phone call, characterized as bullying, was another hoax; the release of his tax returns, perfectly in order, may have caused Rachel Maddow to hit the bars after work; the claim that he was involved in the J6 protest was a hoax (however, it now appears the FBI was involved, and even instigated the violence); the rape charge was dropped; the Trump University case was another political hit job, fueled by a set of standards that would sink every university if they were forced to live up to the same standards; and so forth. He is squeaky clean, from a criminal perspective, and that gives the left nightmares. LOL!
>>Even if it was a sick joke, it is still at its evil core a prideful boast of the despicable level of control Trump has over his sycophants.
Like I said, that is all you have left.
You prove your ignorance by not understanding the difference between a Wharton business degree and a Harvard law degree. The term “Ivy League” is synonomous with elitism. Elitists embrace and justify the actions other elitists, no matter how destructive; but they hate Trump. I am certain that went right over your head.
>>>>It was a joke, but obviously not to those under the spell of DeSantis.
>>I’m not under any spells of DeSantis, nor does he appear to practice mind control as does Trump.
Your incessant whining about Trump is unbecoming. But I understand. That seems to be ingrained into the leftist mindset.
>>I’ve told you repeatedly, bring me something worthy to criticize DeSantis of, and if he deserves it I’ll criticize him.
I did. He has caused division among the MAGA people; he has become buddy-buddy with RINOs; and he went out of his way to support a RINO candidate over a MAGA conservative.
As an aside, the last mentioned may have been a requirement for initiation. How better to you prove you qualify as a member of the Good-Old-Boys Club than to stab someone in the back.
Almost forgot: on, and off, and back-on Never-Trumper Rich Lowry, the editor of National Review and a contributor to Politico, wrote an opinion piece in Politico a while back that suggested liberals should welcome the rise of DeSantis.
>>But so far all you have is your failed Ivy League attempt that blew up in your face, and some laughable long distance guilt by association charges.
You are simply too ignorant to understand the difference. Sad.
Dan
Wrong again. I’m a righteous man, who supports other righteous men, and righteous actions. I don’t support narcissistic serial adulterers, who openly support sodomy, or make sick jokes about murdering people in the street, just so they can brag about how they have lured good men astray from the Bible, and into their hypnotic support of a deceitful master instead. Since that seems to make you happy, enjoy your subservience.
>>>>You are simply too ignorant to understand the difference.
>>I’m a righteous man, who supports other righteous men, and righteous actions.
I have been a Christian for about 50 years, and not once have I claimed to be righteous. But, I will agree that you are self-righteous. Perhaps you should consider changing your user name to “DeSanctimonius Eagle.”
