On at least four occasions since 2019, Elon Musk has predicted that his medical device company, Neuralink, would soon start human trials of a revolutionary brain implant to treat intractable conditions such as paralysis and blindness.
Yet the company, founded in 2016, didn’t seek permission from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) until early 2022 – and the agency rejected the application, seven current and former employees told Reuters.

That movie did not end well. The Terminal Man.
I remember the book.
Brain chips are not new. My dear friend who had MS had one implanted. She agreed to it. Brave girl. Sad story...she always reminded me of Annette Funnicello.
Well, there’s always China.
In April 2017, Neuralink announced that it was aiming to make devices to treat serious brain diseases in the short-term, with the eventual goal of human enhancement, sometimes called transhumanism. Musk had said his interest in the idea partly stemmed from the science fiction concept of "neural lace" in the fictional universe in The Culture, a series of 10 novels by Iain M. Banks.

Through "neural lace", a form of brain–computer interface that is implanted into the brains of young people and grows with them, the Culture has the capability to read and store the full sentience of any being, biological or artificial, and thus reactivate a stored being after its death. The neural lace also allows wireless communication with the Minds and databases. This also necessitates the capability to read thoughts, but as described in Look to Windward, doing this without permission is considered taboo.
The end game is implanting microchips into the brains of healthy people in order to CONTROL them. Other explanations are attempts to misdirect and pivot away from the real purpose.
What more proof is needed to illustrate the fact that Musk’s task is to help usher in the New World Order?
He needs to market it as a “vaccine”; obviously.
If you’re already paralyzed or blind, you might be open to the risk vs. the potential reward. Allow the subject to choose.
Finally the FDA got something right.
