there are no tankers full of refined gas products, Bob ... NatGas only comes via pipeline or LNG, and that’s now cut off
and any “refined oil products” that Russia manages to ultimately sell back to Europe via India or whatever, represent only a fraction of what Russia used to sell to Europe

now ... less than 10% of that ... that’s a 90% drop in less than 1 year
Russia used to get half its revenues from O & G ... what country can survive that kind of cut in income?
