Donald Trump railed against Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch on Tuesday morning for "throwing his anchors under the table" in the network's legal battle with Dominion Voting Systems.
"Why is Rupert Murdoch throwing his anchors under the table, which also happens to be killing his case and infuriating his viewers, who will again be leaving in droves - they already are," the former president wrote on Truth Social. "There is MASSIVE evidence of voter fraud & irregularities in the 2020 Presidential Election. Just look at the documentary "2000 MULES" and you will see large scale ballot stuffing caught on government cameras, or votes cast without Legislatures approval, or just recently, the FBI/Twitter Files Scandal. RIGGED!!!"
In a follow-up Truth Social post, Trump said that it amazed him how "weak and ineffective FoxNews is at portraying itself in the lawsuit against them."
"They look too scared and frightened to reveal the massive amounts of voter fraud & Irregularities already found, and it would actually help them in the lawsuit," he continued. "Instead FoxNews wants to silence its anchors and reporters, the reason so many of their viewers fled. The Election was that of a Third World Country!"

And 2 weeks ago, Tucker Carlson lost 250,000 viewers after the news came out that he called President Trump "Demonic" in a January 6th text to his producer.
To Rupert and Tucker: Stolen Elections have consequences!
New 212 page legal filing here. Murdoch, Paul Ryan and more collaboration in The Steal and The Arizona Call.
“Fox News very busy pivoting ... We want to make Trump a non person,” Murdoch wrote in another email, in January 2021, according to the filing.
-snip-
In another instance, Murdoch texted Paul Ryan, saying, “Trump on Saturday sounded really crazy.”
The text was in response to a Dec. 6 message from Ryan saying that “we are entering a truly bizarre phase of this where [Trump] has actually convinced himself of this farce and will do more bizarre things to delegitimize the election,” according to the filing.
“I see this as a key inflection point for Fox, where the right thing and the smart business thing to do line up nicely,” Ryan said, according to the filing.
“They look too scared and frightened to reveal the massive amounts of voter fraud & Irregularities already found...”
Well, they should be scared, since Fox was complicit in the fraud, so to expose it would be to expose themselves.
‘”We want to make Trump a non person,” Murdoch wrote’
Murdoch using Stalinist language. True colors always show themselves.
In the summer before the election, Rupert Murdoch was boasting to his fellow oligarchs that Biden was going to win in a landslide. The fix was in way before Murdoch started all of his bragging.
I find it funny that the media uses words like Explodes, Blasts, Rages and Rants in their coverage of every single speech by President Donald Trump.
No, I am not complaining about their bias, I simply find it funny.
I’m more upset that Fox helped rig the election for Biden.
I watch NEWSMAX everyday. Fortunately I cancelled that worthless DIRECT TV years ago and now am a happy DISH TV subscriber.
Lest we forget, Murdoch turned over the Fox Empire to his sons.
The only way I’d watch Fox again is if they apologized to Lou and Trish, and bring them back
Read the depositions. The treachery was 90% Rupert.
I was unaware that FNC made any comments in regards to stolen election? But the 50% drop is well deserved
Big Mouth trying to focus on a woebegone last ditch campaign for President, between multiple court appearances in several states, bail/biometrics/fingerprinting/booking photo, and with a tracking bracelet on and US passport seized …well, it’s gonna be quite a hoot. That’s all I can say
I have contempt for Dominion. on the other hand however, it would be nice to see Murdoch taken to the cleaners.
Newsmax on the up tick
Murdoch will probably win. The only malice from Fox was towards President Trump, not Dominion.
Why do they call it a Truth Social post? It is a Truth.
Don’t confuse “malice” with “actual malice.”
Common law malice emphasizes the ideas of “ill will” and “spite” or the defendant’s feelings towards the plaintiff.
“Actual malice”—in legal terms—is an element of “defamation” where the defendant is accused of making false statements to a 3rd party (in this case broadcast on-air and published on-line) while either
1) knowing that the statement is false; or
2) willfully disregarding whether the statement was true or not.
This is a defamation suit filed by Dominion regarding Fox’s reporting on Dominion being part of a vote-rigging conspiracy (being designed specifically to “rig” elections, using algorithms to “flip votes,” etc.)
So far the filings indicate that Fox thought that Powell, Giuliani and Lindell were pushing a fabricated story. The Dominion filing presents texts, emails and sworn depositions by FC/FNN executives, producers and on-air personalities to back up its “actual malice” claims.
So Dominion’s case boils down to this argument: if Fox (et al) thought the narrative was bogus, why did they air it?
FWIW, I’ve been reading these filings—not necessarily thoroughly, but to get a sense of what Dominion’s claims are. The funniest thing yet (well, to me anyway) is that Sidney Powell’s source regarding algorthms that “flip votes” was an email from a woman who was told about the algorithms by the “voices in the wind.” (The voices also told this un-named woman that Justice Scalia was killed in a week-long human hunting expedition.) The reason I think it’s funny is because I really do think Powell’s credibility is more than a little questionable. She added Smartmatic to her claims of voter machine fraud in swing states—Smartmatic was only used in Los Angeles County, CA.
