This is the horrific moment a man casually loads a handgun and executes a homeless man on a St. Louis sidewalk.
The incident occurred yesterday outside The Globe Building.
Harrowing footage shared online shows the shooter standing behind the homeless victim as he sits on the sidewalk with his hands covering his ears.

FERAL BARBARIANS
They stood there and filmed the guy loading his gun. What did they think he was going to do with it? And yet they act surprised that he executed the guy.
Someone who was carrying should have had him in their sights so that when his intentions became clear, they could have shot HIM instead and saved the homeless guy's life.
Two homeless shooters, one in CA, one earlier in DC/NYC.

Wonder if the guy filming this bothered to call the cops???
Reminds me of that photo of the South Vietnamese general that executed the Vietcong captain point blank. Of course that was used as propoganda to end the war. I doubt that this photo will be used to help end black violence or find real solutions to the homeless problem.
The shooter was about to turn his life around and planned to attend college for social work before the gun made him do it.
right before you outrun the bullet?
casually??? the democRAT looked like it was his first time!
lucky the boy dint shoot hiself...
Just a NEGRO thug doing what NEGRO thugs do.
So what’s the problem, perhaps we should all be asking KIM GARDNER!
Looks like the murderer is one of those many blacks who don’t buy that ‘black lives matter” crap. That’s just wealthy black real estate ho BS.
“..Clearly, this is the Dilbert guy’s fault for saying those mean words....”
Clearly, the Dilbert guy is right!!!!!!
Get to F away from these feral animals just as far as possible.
