Diversity is simply anti-white racism.

AA has contributed greatly to the dumbing down of America. The best people are not allowed to emerge from the pack. This is the intended consequence of the obsession with equity.
I plan on getting my last air travel in within the next couple of years. I don’t want to be flying airplanes in a nation with bureaucrats and regulators that have gone absolutely insane much longer than that.

It is difficult to surpass the equity, diversity, and inclusion in a plane crash. Typically, everybody, whether man or woman (or other), white or black, young or old, rich or poor, all die. So please add this “success” to the long list of other “successes” of the DEI movement.
I am thinking the same thing (ending air travel) - because of pilot diversity and just the general all-around hassle that airports have become.
Problem is, I have family on the East Coast and we enjoy traveling to Hawaii on vacation and there is simply no convenient way to get to either place except by air travel.
If I see an uptick in crashes, which I suspect, I will definitely stop traveling.
When the airline is more concerned with diversity than safety, it’s time to stop giving them my business - or trust them with my and my family’s safety.
They also hire the BEST pilots possible. You can be sure they aren’t concerned with “diversity” or “equity” but getting wherever they’re going as safely as possible.
One of my relatives is a private pilot for a well-known billionaire and has worked for him for decades - ex-military fighter pilot. And, he’s paid well for it.

This type of accident will become more common as people who are chosen based on ‘sexual kink, pigmentation or who their father or grandfather was’ are given jobs they’re not qualified for.
The solution?
Restrict these new equity pilots to routs leaving or arriving in Washington DC.
Think of “diversity” in medical schools. Yes, it’s happening.
Notwithstanding the famous California court case from the 70's, I know a young man with a 4.0 GPA in the early 90's who couldn't get accepted by any med schools.
bet that there are no affirmative action pilots on those jets either.

That is how it should be referenced by everyone.
Not only that but we must define it for what it is. Diversity, Inequity and Exclusion. There is no equity in their solution so we can throw their word out. There is also no inclusion. If you are white or Christian you are not to be “included” but excluded from their equation. Their “diversity” plan starts and ends with perversity! Henceforth the DIE acronym is very appropriate.
