Seems like it was just yesterday we were told that giving Ukraine Javelin missiles was all that was needed.
Wouldn’t that be tantamount to declaring war on Russia?
Do we really want to do that?
Would Russia see it as a de facto declaration of war and openly attack American interests anywhere in the world?
This could get very, very ugly...very, very fast.
Zelensky is defining victory as driving Ivan out of all the Donbass and Crimea. Does the war drumming general agree with that?
West never should of got involved. We have our own major problems, and we’re not even necessarily the good guys.
Biden would commit to victory?
Did we declare war and I missed it?
Suggestions:
1) There is no evidence that US weaponry is superior to the Russians. There is only propaganda talking about Russian inadequacy.
2) There was for a time claims that Russia was extracting semiconductors from washing machines and using them to build weapons. Russia has a semiconductor industry of its own. TMSC does provide most, to both the US and Russia, but Russia, cut off from that is not helpless. This was an absurd rumor.
3) US manufacturing long ago left for China. Russia’s did not. They can build their own ammo. We can’t. It gets contracted from S. Korea, who do not have much in the way of natural resources to provide material for such activity. Russia has enormous raw material.
4) Stop paying attention to the US MSM about the war. You can even ignore RT. Instead, pick neutral countries who have enough money to fund reporters. Qatar. India. You can get much closer to real info from there.
Define exactly what is at stake that affect USA citizens.
That dumbass should be recalled to active duty, court martialed for being a stooge then have his pension AND RANK revoked!!!!

Well said. Back in 1962 the USSR sent missiles to our backyard, Cuba. The United States went crazy, and we almost blundered into a nuclear war.
Now we are thinking about sending major weapons systems into Russia’s backyard. And we don’t expect Russia to go crazy.
The analogy is far from perfect. But I think it still applies.
