He did not have a good heart. He was a phony through and through.

committed bank fraud but was never prosecuted. Nothing about him was or is good.

I voted for him and will have to pay for that for the rest of my life.

I remember when Reagan got in he found warehouses full of government peanut butter.

Eight dead servicemen, 52 hostages held, America humiliated. Gas lines and economic malaise. Forfeiture of the Americas most important waterway. That’s the Carter legacy.

Yes he did!

I think it was him who wrote one of my favorite articles years ago for National Lampoon: “My Life As A Practical Joker”...

At least I think it was him. Gad, was that one funny!

Carter, Obama and FJB are neck and neck and neck in the race to be the most damaging President to our precious country.

Someone sent a sample of Billy Beer to the FDA for testing. They responded, “we regret to inform you your horse has diabetes.”

One of the better things to come from Jimmy's presidency. I still have a few unopened cans.

His brother, Billy died at 51 from pancreatic cancer. Jimmy is now 98. Life is unpredictable.

Correction...

ELECTION DENIER, Jimmy Carter.

I don’t care one way or another about him. However I doubt the Iranian people oppressed by the Mullahs are going to miss him.

Jimmy Carter negotiated the Camp David Accords, which ended the war between Israel and Egypt! And Egypt recognized Israel! That DID deserve a Nobel Peace Prize!

Everything else that Carter did as President was bad! But it all made possible the election of Ronald Reagan, which was very good!!!!

And biden is a far worse President than Carter. He is the worst US President EVER!!!!

“P.J. sure had a way with words.”

Crap. I didn’t know (or don’t remember hearing) that he’d passed.

I don’t like to kick ‘em while they’re down, but Carter’s presidency had a certain Mr. Rodgers vibe that was palpable even when I was a youngster.

I won’t miss Jimmy Carter and I hope Satan shows him a good time. He was a control-freak and a weak suck at the same time.

Your quote seems perfect for toothy AOC “AOC looks like racoon trying to eat fish guts from a wire brush!”

Carter dug a hole for himself before the Iranian “revolution” with his Executive Order 12036, which gutted the Human Intelligence community. Like former Secretary of State Henry Stimson, Carter believed human spying was a base and uncivilized endeavor (”Gentlemen don’t read each other’s mail”). He naïvely believed that the US could learn all it needed through technological means (he was the first government official to publicly admit that ‘spy satellites’ were “a thing”) without having to steam oven other “gentlemens’” letters.

Except he found out when the Iranian “students” seized the US Embassy in Tehran that he was wrong. The US didn’t see that coming in large part because all the US Human Intelligence agents there (AKA: spies) had been stood down, by order of EO12036.

Which Reagan countermanded (at least the anti-HUMINT bits) with his legendary EO12333.
