If I were SBF I would refuse bail and cut a deal to sing like a canary on his Adderall. He will be safer and will be sharing the guilt for his crimes with his co-conspirators around the Beltway. He’s likely to be killed before trial either way. Might as well take as many as you can with you that got you there.
