It is really sad to see women having their perfectly healthy breasts removed just so they can appear to be a man. This is even worse than a man having his penis removed because this is not something you can hide in public. Everybody can see that they are mutilated for life.

People going for sex changes are being sold a bill of goods. They almost invariably end up looking like freaks and their options for sexual partners are very, very slim. No real man would want a fake woman, and vice versa.
