A woman in Ontario who identified as transgender and underwent hormone therapy, a bilateral mastectomy, and a hysterectomy filed the first lawsuit in Canada against her healthcare providers for facilitating her transition.
Michelle Zacchigna, a 34-year-old woman from Orillia, Ontario, recently announced a lawsuit she filed against the eight doctors and mental health professionals who treated her over the years, alleging that they failed to address her complex mental health needs and instead allowed her to self-diagnose as transgender and undergo irreversible procedures that she now regrets.

While I admire the courage shown and hope for the best outcome for the victim, I do believe Canada, like many of our lefty states, have specific laws against this type of sensible counseling.
Like Satan needing more souls in hell, the LGBTQXYZ community needs more recruits to their sick lifestyle.
Canadian Healthcare must crush this poor woman. they cannot allow this to be successful.

If she was a consenting adult when she made the decision for the surgeries, it’s all on HER. You have to sign all kinds of consent forms before any kind of surgery, elective or otherwise. And the consent forms are clear as to assigning responsibility for outcomes. Sick of this childish frivolous lawsuit nonsense chasing after deep pockets.
More money for lawyers.
All of this stuff is happening just to make doctors and lawyers even richer.

Well, she did. She is (legally)an adult and entitled to make decisions for herself.
The ones who need to be dealt with are the ones who put this trans nonsense up as legitimate medical position in the first place. I would not be surprised to eventually see an all out war against letter people. They are destructive of humanity and should not be tolerated in any form.
A consenting adult given harmful medical advice that a licensed provider should have not supported qualifies as a non frivolous lawsuit.
Nearly ALL of this transitioning advice is malpractice of the worst kind. Search the history of how it got started, you will find out the medical organizations that now support this never made it a medical decision, they decided it via politics not science.
Consider this, how is it governments are enacting laws to make transition therapy illegal to go straight but encourage becoming homosexual? If you are born one way and go the other how can you not be born the other way and go the other?
There is no logic or science to any of the sexual deviancy, all that the medical professionals are doing is ruining lives mostly for naked profit.
The hucksters prey on vulnerable people. Disgusting.
People going for sex changes are being sold a bill of goods. They almost invariably end up looking like freaks and their options for sexual partners are very, very slim. No real man would want a fake woman, and vice versa.

I would think that would actually help deter these crazy fad decisions.
